Or Christmas. Or whatever.
My holidays have been pretty good. Unproductive, though. I'm supposed to be working on my portfolio, and my final two ISUs for this semester. What I've really been doing is drinking. On the plus side, I now drink whiskey like a champ.
I don't know if this journal had a point.

Christmas haul was good.
From my mum I got a Chapters gift card, Snuff by Chuck Palahniuk, and socks & underwear.
From my sister & her husband I gottt a portfolio case, and watercolour pencils.
From my brother I got Watch You Bleed: the Saga of Guns n' Roses. I don't think he had any idea how much I really wanted that book. I'm still shocked he got it for me. I suppose it makes up for the fact that he stole my copy of Chinese Democracy, which I've essentially waited my entire life to get. xP
And from Drew I got a Hulk t-shirt so I can pretend to be the Hulk, and a Wolvy: Origins calendarrr.

New Years/Old Years-wise, I've no settled plans as of yet. I'll either be off drinking with friends, or at home drinking by myself. 'Cuz I don't rly want to go to Brampton with family.
In regards to resolutions, my only one is to procrastinate less. In all aspects of life.
09 was pretty great, now that I look back on it. The good outweighs the bad, by far. Or I've just drank so much that I can't remember the bad? EITHER WAY, IT'S FINE BY ME.

Sorry for bein' dead for so long.
I've been focusing mostly on painting & traditional junk, for mah portfolio. And I'm not entirely sure how I'd go about posting that up here, plus the fact of the matter is, the display on my camera's a little bit broken right now. So I'll need to get that fixed first. It still functions, though.

I just got over a really bad flu, and I've got some inspiration for some digital crap. So you may or may not see some who-knows-what from me eventually. (Sounds promising, I know. Ha.)

I really need to work on that book for my sister. . .grahhhrh.

On the school side of things, it's going pretty well. I get to do A Clockwork Orange for my English ISU. Fucking win. And I'm doing black comedy for my literature ISU. So I get to do a bunch of books I've already read and love, and I get to read some new ones that I'll hopefully love. Except House of Leaves. I've a love/hate relationship with that right now. Urrgh.
Then there's Bio, and Psychology. There's not much happening there.
I'm going to leave this poor journal alone now and go do something unproductive.

It's amazing. Cudders is bomb diggity.
Plus he's got MGMT doing back-up vocals on one of his songs. Was anyone else as confused as I was when people started pronouncing MGMT's name "EM-GEE-EM-TEE"? I liked it better as "the Management". Moar badass.

Gotta apply for schools next month. Raaahhh.
